Project Management

The Project Manager has the ultimate responsibility for all aspects of the building project.

In this role, we must ensure the project completes on time and within budget. We liaise with the client, architects and engineers to plan all aspects of the build and monitor the progress of the project.

Planning entails defining and timing each phase of the build so the work can be done within the project timeline without compromising quality or safety.

It also includes organizing all the resources required including staff, tools, amenities and the building materials.

Setting work benchmarks is important. It allows us to monitor progress and provide meaningful reports to the client.

Budget management also keeps us busy as we try to anticipate future costs given the progress to date and changing conditions - including the weather!
