I was requested to join the building maintenance sub-committee and attend the PCG meetings at the beginning of Stage 2 of the works over 2 years. Mark Anderson was the Site Manager and I believed we had a good working relationship in resolving issues that arose and he was open to consider alternative solutions. The project was a difficult one, and required attention to detail in the works and the logistics for the completion of works in all apartments I am pleased to provide this reference for Mark.

I have worked closely with Mark during 2016 while he was the acting Site Manager for a large food processing facility fit-out. Mark recently completed a complex project to repair balustrades, balcony water proofing and associated works at .... The building comprises approximately 200 apartments over 15 levels. The length of balustrade repaired was approximately 5km. Mark’s role as project manager included: • Establishing a strategy which balanced the need of the tenants for minimal disruption and a speedy and cost effective outcome. • Planning and resourcing the works over four stages. • Meticulous planning for inspection and testing by a third party. • Effective and timely communication with the Owners Corporation and residents. In my opinion, Marks project management was very successful and I am pleased to provide this reference.
